I’ve been using this website for ages. Dome products were good, some cheap junk. I was able to return the items if they were faulty or even if I changed my mind. Since few months ago, looks like they changed the policy, and don’t care about customers any more. They made returns difficult, and you have to pay for return postage too. Recently I have ordered camera, that didn’t work properly, and I wanted it to return. Aliexpress didn’t accept my reasons and any prove I have provided. Now i am left with faulty camera, and short of money. I don’t recommend this website. Avoid it at all cost!
