When a seller sends you faulty goods alliexpress will offer minimal to zero protection or help. They will claim the goods still have some "value" despite being entirely unusable and offer to refund 4% of the purchase price then close your case without any possibility for dispute. absolutely terrible customer support. terrible company. Steer clear of aliexpress and alibaba!!
