I ordered a Sea-Gull lady’s watch from the Sea-Gull Official Flagship Store on AliExpress.com on March 29, 2025, for my 92-year-old mother. It arrived late, and it was far smaller than pictured. The watch was conseal in a shrink plastic wrapped lue box, there was not way to ses the watch unless to tear open the plastic wrap. I followed all return steps using their label and original packaging. Two weeks after delivery, I was told the item I returned was “different.”They kept both my money ($1,034.47) and the product—and ignored my multiple appeals with robotic, copy-pasted messages. No proof was ever provided.I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the General Counsel of Alibaba Group. I will not stop until this is resolved.AliExpress’s customer service and return system are broken. Shoppers beware: you have little protection here.
