No Refund

Place an order, order delivered by yodel, left under a bush outside of the building not there when I returned home. AliExpress refused, despite having buyer protection, to refund me. I appeal that decision, referred it onwards to senior management after that appeal also failed because they ask for documents that simply are not available. What courier company gives you a document under seal? They refused to accept the image of the parcel under a bush so I have no order and no refund and certainly not any buyer protection. And their response to this is totally untrue I have provided so much information I am blue in the face. They are just so stupid that they refuse to see it. If you send them an image provided by Yodel of a parcel left under a bush and say you didn’t receive it why don’t they believe you? Had to use PayPal to get my money back.
