Very disappointed with the quality and support on AliExpress

In March, I ordered a pair of summer shoes. Yesterday, I wore them for the first time (since they are for summer), and decorative stones immediately started falling off. I contacted the seller, and they told me too much time had passed, and that if “just a couple of stones” fell off, it’s not a big deal — I can still wear them.I then contacted AliExpress customer support. They offered only a 20% refund — $3.99. I explained that the card I used to make the purchase has expired, so it’s impossible to receive a refund to it. The support agent then just closed the chat without helping further.This was a very disappointing experience — both with product quality and customer service.
