I returned this item in a timely manner in accordance with your return policy, and used the GLS carrier return label you gave me, with tracking number Z79TMIAJ, postal code 28806. I sent all my return items/return orders in the same package to save time. I can see from the tracking information that my return package was delivered back to you ALIEXPRESS on the 16th of May, please see screenshots for proof or go to GLS Spain website and use tracking number yourself. My return package was signed for by Aliexpress staff "SELLO", according to the tracking information (see screenshot). Now I have waited for my refund, but apparently I am not eligible for my refund, and I don't understand why. I have appealed, but still no refund, and I haven't gotten an explanation why. I have done everything correctly, and right now I'm being taken hostage by your so called customer service, as I have lost both my money paying for my order, AND now lost my items in the order sending them back to Aliexpress. And all aliexpress is doing is just refusing despite of CLEAR evidence! Please send me a refund now!
