I ordered a set of 3 brand new different soaps by Le Labo as in the sales photo. They sent me the wrong soaps in a damaged box covered in mould, all 3 soaps were damaged. I sent in a video and 10 photos with the delivery package asking for a full refund. Rejected again and again . I asked to return, rejected. I will never buy from them again. Dreadful company, not trustworthy, DO NOT BUY from Ali Express.
