Absoluyely awfull dispute team. Order was supposed to be delivered to evri locker, but I have received that an update on my parcel that is now delivered to someone's home. I immediately contacted evri and aliexpress but with no luck. Then evri team sent me an email to explain that It has been delivered to a wrong address my I add unknown address. Ali express did not even read this email and looked in to the claim as it shows as delivered. Month in and I'm still fighting for my £70 refund. Parcel still not found either.Edit**Someone still has my parcel and Case is now closed and even appeal process didn't solve this problem. Appeal was closed 3 hrs after i submitted and there is nothing I can do. So now I have lost the money and items. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this app for any purchases.
