EDIT: PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FAST RESPONSE ALIEXPRESS MADE TO MY REVIEW. THEY SIMPLY ASKED FOR MORE VIDEOS OF THE FAULTY ITEMS AND ASKED ME AGAIN TO GET A CERTIFICATE FROM THE COURIER COMPANY WHICH OF COURSE I CANNOT AS I AM NOT THE CUSTOMER OF THE COURIER COMPANY, ALIEXPRESS ARE!SO 2 FAULTY ITEMS AND MISSING ITEMS AND ALIEXPRESS FINAL SOLUTION IS NO REFUND.THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO BE ABIDING BY UK CONSUMER LAW SO I WOULD AVOID USING THEM.2 faulty items delivered at end of last month and despite customer services saying via online messaging that they will escalate for refund, I get an email saying claim invalid, contact customer service again and they say don't worry we will sort it out and again get an email saying claim invalid 0 refund.This week get a parcel delivered which is split open, 2 items missing sent photo of split open parcel and they refuse refund.This company is deplorable and appears to do anything to avoid refunding money.Will never use again, Shame as they used to be quite good.
