Do not buy from these frauds! If the courier looses your parcel or misplaces your parcel you will not get a refund despite what the live chat says! I have proof I was told I’d be issued a refund and how my money is protected, what a lie that was. I filed a dispute with them which they had me continuously waiting and whenever I kept going on live chat to ask when my refund will be issued I was told I have to wait for disputes to issue it, I was told my money is protected and I would be issued a refund. Do not listen to them and make sure you pay so you can claim back by any means that you don’t receive your parcel. They are scumbags whose website/app should be closed down! They do not protect your funds at all, they instead tell fake promises and lies and leave it longer and longer so the deadline to claim back won’t be able to happen, lucky enough I made sure I claimed back regardless of them having me waiting for a response. Aliexpress even tried to email me to close my dispute with PayPal and they’ll issue a refund😂 why’s that? Because you know you have messed up!?Do not waste your time or money on Aliexpress unless you’re happy to throw your money down the drain! ISSUE MY REFUND NOW & DO NOT REPLY TO MY BAD REVIEW WITH CRAP LIKE YOU DID LAST TIME YOU STILL CAN ISSUE A REFUND DESPITE IF THERE IS A DISPUTE OR NOT SO DONT LIE AS IVE SPOKEN TO PAYPAL!
