Is it safe to order from Ali Express? Sometimes. I had decent experiences ordering products which were labeled as Choice items. I received most orders in a fairly quick time (avg. 2-3 weeks). Not comparable at all to Amazon as far as speed but at usually much lower prices. That's the trade off as to be expected. As for products not labeled as Choice items, I had far less positive experiences such as items never having been delivered with sellers refusing to refund the purchase amount. As for Ali Express' late delivery guarantee, you may as well call it a write-off if the product lands in your country but is lost in transit. ie. it was lost at the airport, never made it to Customs for review, your local delivery company doesn't recognize the tracking number provided by Ali Express or were never even notified that you had an order arriving in your country. Even if you present all of these examples to Ali Express, they will insist that you be patient and wait ten days, and another ten days, and another ten days, and another until 3 months has passed and you give up any hope of ever being refunded.Is Ali Express safe to order from? That depends on what you deem to be safe.
