It has been a month since I filed multiple retour requests that Aliexpress rejected. They have a page on their website regarding EU citizens buyer protection, but they do not respect their own rules. Their vendors do not respect these rules. Nobody acknowledges they exist and even then they're less than what's within our rights as a EU citizen. I've bought multiple products within 1 large order. 1. Some products arrived damaged and sellers reject replacing the item or offering a refund. 2. A few products were of terrible quality.3. Sellers promise a refund, even without requiring a return, but after a week haven't received none confirmation or payment.I can go on and you will see Aliexpress comment on this post, they never provide a solution within the platform and their chatbot doesn't let you proceed to a human. 3053221657384985Edit: I received their email and they offered no solution. This website is a scam. Edit2: The reply I received over e-mail consisted of 0 details. I'll copy paste:Dear customer,Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention.Please accept ourdeepest apologies for any inconvenience you've faced.Regarding your complaint on the order 3053221657384985,Please let us know the problem with the product and provide relevant video/picture evidence so that we can follow up. Thank you.I already provided all the documentation and to start, I don't even need to provide documentation when I request a refund. And they definitely don't have the right to deny a refund. This platform is a scam.
