Most of the time the purchases and service are very good and I have been pleased with the items I have bought. The emails informing me of very detailed tracking and postal service have been impressive.On the last 2 occasions when I have purchased jewllery items it has been very poor. Jewellery boxes (Klassnum) provided no information from the seller and when i did get information it was incorrect. The boxes arrived after over a month and were damaged. I had no contact from the seller. The second item c.z stones only had the town that I live in and no address. Some one in my town found me as the parcel had been dropped off on her doorstep and she kindly drove over to my house and gave it to me.
