Of cause they tell you they would refund the shipping fee, but then they will need you to provide evidence to proof the thing you return. Even you upload the Post office receipt, they DO NOT accept it's an evidence. AT THE END, YOU PAY EXTRA BUT GET NOTHING. I lost £45 but it’s ok.£45 for buying a chance to see and let everyone know how this Chinese company does business.
