Genuinely the worst experience i have ever had.I purchased an item labeled many times as genuine and real. when it arrived it quickly came apparent it was not.Speaking to their support is like speaking to a brick wall, they cannot make sense if their life depended on it not to mention the fact i have been given about 20 case numbers regarding my refund request that each never exist. I still havent got my money back and i dont think i ever will. Atleast shein gives you your money back when there is a problem, Ali express is genuinely the worst shopping website i have ever usedDO NOT USE AND STAY FAR AWAY(update: they responded to my review and still have not refunded me even though i have gone through the process of a refund several times. Do not use this website)
