Courier delivered product to wrong address - despite their tracking page suggesting delivery to correct address.Contacted courier to resolve. They wanted sender to contact them (I guess in order to discuss compensation). Contacted sender / AliExpress to inform them of situation attaching email response from courier.Dispute opened. Dispute closed as AliExpress simply looked at the erroneous information on tracking page and refused to contact courier.Incredibly lazy customer service to simply look up the tracking details and take this as what actually happened and not follow up if told otherwise.
