However, I must firmly clarify the situation regarding my order (Tracking Number: LPOO730250058983).According to the tracking information:April 24, 14:52 PT – Order createdApril 24, 14:54 PT – Package being preparedApril 25, 09:22 PT – Package collected by carrierApril 26, 00:17 PT – Package received by origin sorting centerApril 26, 15:06 PT – Package left origin sorting centerApril 28, 02:30 PT – Package arrived at airport, awaiting transitApril 28, 18:25 PT – Package awaiting flightApril 30, 21:14 PT – Package left the origin country/regionMay 14, 01:45 PT – Package arrived at local airport (in Canada)This clearly shows that the package was shipped out of the origin country on April 30 and arrived at the destination country’s local airport on May 14.The prolonged delay and lack of updates since May 14 indicate a serious issue with the local delivery service in Canada.It is completely unacceptable that after arriving in Canada more than a month ago, the package still has not been delivered to me.The continuous excuses about international flight delays do not apply at this stage.I urge AliExpress to take full responsibility for the poor delivery service and provide immediate assistance to ensure that my package is delivered promptly.This level of delay and lack of communication is deeply disappointing and unprofessional.I expect a prompt and concrete resolution.Best regards
