I ordered two Briggs & Stratton 100 foot rubber garden hoses (order # 8195007887546986), but only received one of them. AliExpress says it was delivered, but the delivery picture location was not at my house. They refused to refund my money. They wanted me to trace where it was delivered, but what they requested was impossible to do. The United States Postal Service will NOT divulge where it was delivered to. Their Customer Service is terrible!! I will NEVER order from them again. I have been ordering from Temu instead, and they have been terrific so far. If both hoses had been delivered together by the same carrier, I would have received both hoses at the same time. But no, they were delivered by two separate carriers. One to my house, the other somewhere else by a different carrier.
