I wish I checked reviews prior to spending a large amount of money and get completely ripped off. The seller advertised the item as authentic but when the item arrived it was very evident that the item was fake and not even a good fake. I tried to get a refund and it was impossible, constant follow up and copy/paste responses if I actually got one. Even after the appeal they were asking for proof from the product owner confirming it is not genuine even though I provided photo evidence of what it should look like vs what I got and the differences were so much they looked like 2 totally different items. There is no buyer protection and they only support the seller and claim in their copy and paste messages they take selling counterfeit products seriously. This website is an utter disgrace that it is still going just astonishing.Edit- For the below response, a new email was not sent. They are referring to the old email that led to the initial bad review, so I stand by original review: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
