Update: I lost £180 and Aliexpress helped the seller keep the money AND keep the returned item. These liars promissed to help but they just closed the case and did NOT issue my refund although I sent the item back 5 weeks ago exactly as per the ALiexpress instructions. Aliexpress even told me that I should send it back because it was a fraudulent item. I submitted 6 photos with proof of all the postage, package, tracking and waybill they need. They still decided to reject my refund and now they kept the item AND kept the money.So be very careful. This is a criminal organisation. Ignore their fake customer service responses. They are a disgusting and criminal platform supporting thives and rejecting valid refund claims by honest customers. Do not spend any money on this fraudulent platoform. I got a tablet sent AND PAID £180. iT was advertised as Xiaumi but it was fake. A cheap, no-name product. I reported the fraud immediatelly and Alliexpress gave me instruction to send the item back including a promisse to refund me for the postage. After 5 weeks, I am still chasing the refund and postage costs. Alliexpress suddenly rejected the return request. I have provided photos, waybill and tracking information but their fraudulent staff simply refuses to refund. Now I have no item and no money. A complete disaster. Alliexpress systematically protects fraudulent local sellers that flood the world with fake and broken products while they steall money from honest constomers.DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS!!!!
