The worst customer service ever !

The worst customer service ever !They have sent me a broken item I have clear videos and photo evidence the item is completely broken I have reached out to them 5 times and they still don’t refund me !! If I could upload here I would to show everyone but Ali express claim it’s not sufficient when the whole cat scratcher is literally sent to me in pieces Please avoid shopping with Ali express they send you faulty and broke items and take your money and do no help you when there is obviously clear evidence they only have chat bots robots I lost my money and I’m so upset they are a bunch of lying thieves ! UPDATE 22 June They are not investigating beacuse they did not ask me for any details for my order so how would they investigate ? Their response is a blatant lie and you can tell it’s been conducted by ChatGPT!! and they still HAVE NOT REFUNDED for the broken ITEM not the package THE ITEM YOU SENT ME IS BROKEN INSIDE @aliexpress !!UPDATE 1/7:2025No they have not given me a refund they refunded me £1.73 for an item that cost me over £5 which is completely broken and that’s how they sent me the item and I have sent videos and photos and they still don’t help me AliExpress is a rip off please be aware ! They pretend to help and care they don’t they have chat bots that can’t do anything and no real humans to help they reject a genuine refund request for a completely broken I sent them the photo literally the day I received it !
