I have ordered a hair dryer, but the nozzles didn't fit the airwrap and it didn't work properly. the seller said I will get a FULL REFUND and no return needed. Since it didn't work and I already got confirmation of the refund, I threw the damaged goods away. I showed aliexpress screenshot evidence but they REFUSE to refund me.I have begged for days, showed evidence, and the seller said multiple times I will getba full refund with no return needed. Aliexpress dispute center ignored me multiple times and only offered partial refund DESPITE the evidence.I can't believe that aliexpress scammed me out of my money and refuse to refund me despite the seller saying theyre ready to give me a full refund. this is a joke and a scam. If the seller wants to give me a refund, why does aliexpress refuse??? this is outright savagery.
