DHL confirmed that AliExpress received the item on June 9, 2025.Despite all this, they refused the refund — claiming I didn’t submit a “valid video” showing the defect. But I had already sent that before I shipped it back.How can I record new video when I’ve already returned the item?It’s clearly a tactic to delay and avoid responsibility. I’ve now submitted a dispute through PayPal and my bank. I’ve also documented everything on Reddit to warn other users.This is unacceptable.
