Ordered and paid for two child scooters, but received only one. When trying to resolve this via their customer service department and supplying photo evidence, kept being pushed back saying they needed the posting documents. Obviously, being the recipient, I couldn't provide this but did supplying pictures of the package label showing weight of the package. This provided unequivocal evidence that the seller had only posted one scooter and not two. My claim has still been rejected and no refund forthcoming. Read the response by aliexpress below and what a load of ....... They are obviously writing to the audience as I have heard nothing more from them. David Beckham needs to take a look at himself and instead of just taking money from the highest bidder should actually take a look at how the company performs. Especially now he has his knighthood. Shame on you David
