I feel like I've been scammed by AliExpress.Around a month and a half ago I ordered a car stereo off AliExpress. It was dead on arrival, I logged a dispute with evidence which they accepted, pending the item return.Fast forward 6 week, a lot of support chats, and emails later and I've returned the stereo, have tracking proof it arrived 2 weeks ago,chat screenshot with the store confirming it was received, and AliExpress continuously declining to refund me due to "insufficient proof of return".Currently I'm down the cost of my item and the cost of return shipping.I provided a tracking number showing delivery, a waybill, my invoice for delivery, a photo of the parcel before sending, and the screenshot of the store confirming they received the package.Shame on you AliExpress.
