I ordered some clothes for my daughters dance show and I will never use this company again.. One item never arrived and the other item was too small so I was going to return it. Materialis are cesp and they are massively overpriced. They refuse to return it even if it is unused and in the same packaging. You have to take pictures of evidence why you need to return, they don’t give you the option that that the items are too small but not as described.Then they declined my return even if have my buyers right. I had to go through my bank and still have got no refund and they still have not replaced my other item or refunded it. They operate from China and they scam people. Avoid ordering from them, this is not the way to operate a business. I have since read that lots of buyers experience the same problems.
