They have turned predatory. Order something, anything with uk delivery, they will slap on administrative charges of insane amount. What's worse is they will charge you (without any prior consent) a Tax for US imports, even though the goods are delivered to the UK. When I challenged this with customer services, all they could tell me was to take it up with the customs and import tariffs department. But, where? UK or USA? And how? Amazing tanking of Alibaba now predicted. Customers, please watch out. Alibaba is willing to instill illegal financial pain on all its customers. And upon raising it further with Trade dispute resolution at Alibaba, they always go in favour of the seller. They state that should I wish to return the goods back to China, at my cost for shipping, then if they arrive damaged, I loose all the money and no refund! It seems China has a win-win policy for itself.
