I needed basic things help what I get late Monday evening their time from supplier / manufacturer. Help what I needed was not things that company need answer like they specially Denis Lee did. I have read in Universtity so many books and listen wise teachers how aftersale and customer service should done, and now I have seen it in reality. Maybe even much better than anyone could dream when try get help fast. And all my questions was not because something wrong with product or instructions I got earlier.
