We have been happy users of Ahrefs for over 6 years and happily paid the price that we thought was fair. When they changed their billing model...my god it's absurd. They charge you for every micro action in the tool, each keyword pull, even down to some clicks, it will record as a "report". If you do any sort of volume or run an agency you are looking at thousands of dollars a month. I sincerely hope that Ahrefs reads all of these reviews from their customers and runs this up the chain of command because it's seriously outrageous how they are billing these days. We went from paying around $200 a month for YEARS and now for the same suite of features they are charging us almost $2000 a month.Ahrefs please read what your customers are saying. Your new billing model is completely absurd and borderline a scam. We are working very hard over here to figure out how to not use your tool ever again and so are many many SEOs that we work with. You guys messed up. Time to fix it.
