They are scammers. I made a booking and paid in full, But the hotel said they can't accept Agoda's discount prices and demanded more money. so I had to cancel my trip. Yet even after 3 months I haven't received my refund from Agoda. This booking cost me a lot. I tried by chatting with their team, emailing them, but every time I got only lies. Then they stopped replying to my chats and stopped responding to my emails even after I have sent my bank statements as proof. AGODA IS A SCAM!! NEVER USE THIS SITE FOR BOOKINGS!! YOU WILLL LOSS YOUR MONEY!
