Clear bait & switch from this terrible company. I booked and paid for a particular type of room, only to be told (conveniently outside of the cancellation window) that due to an unexpected error on the part of the hotel I had been booked in a different, lesser room. Agoda customer service assured me that the price I had paid reflected "the actual price of the room" - a quick check of the hotels website confirms that this is incorrect, and that the room I was given was several hundred dollars cheaper than what I had paid for. When confronted with this information, Agoda customer service simply repeated their original response that the price I had paid reflected the room I was given. They merely offered me $150 in Agoda cash, which is worthless to me as I will not be using their service again.
