We booked a stay at Business Bay Central Host and received a confirmation on the same day, with the full payment promptly deducted from our account. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to learn that they claimed to have no record of our booking.The hotel staff were not only rude but outright scammers. They insisted that we had no reservation despite showing them the confirmation from Agoda. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money for each person if we still wanted to stay, far exceeding the original cost we already paid. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam, where they lure guests in with a lower price only to extort more money upon arrival.The entire experience was chaotic and distressing. We were stranded with no room, no support from the hotel, and no resolution from Agoda. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, which not only ruined our plans but also cost us significantly more money.If you’re considering booking through Agoda or staying at Business Bay Central Host, I urge you to stay away. This hotel is unprofessional, dishonest, and only interested in scamming guests for extra cash.
