Agoda cancellations policy is not customer oriented. For example I booked for two days and my plan was changed. I wanted to cancel the second day and Agoda do not allow to cancel second day, The customer care executive handled the situation like a robot. They will not understand customer concern instead they will say I emailed to the hotel and called the hotel but not response. When checked with hotel, the hotel will say hotel staff did not receive any email or phone call from Agoda. Customer money is gone already
