Don't use Agoda - they are completely useless. I wish I could give less than one star. I booked accommodation through them, but wanted to cancel due to the poor reviews I subsequently found about the hotel that they were obviously happy to offer to customers, despite the appalling reviews. I received countless emails from a bot saying they were trying to contact the hotel but hadn't been able to, so they had emailed them and would respond to me in 48 hours. I was still receiving them after the booking period had been and gone. I was left with no choice but to keep the booking and it was as bad as the reviews indicated. Absolutely non-existent customer service. Use any other agent, not Agoda
