Is it possible to give a minus score?

Had issues with our accommodation (one of which was the lock not working properly and getting locked in!), so advised Agoda after one night's stay that we were leaving. Nothing but utter nonsense from them since. Accommodation owner agreed to a refund and advised Agoda, who kept saying "we're checking with partners..." before "no refund, per our policy." It's not their money, and the owner has instructed them to pay up. Finally "Great news! Your refund is on its way - wait up to 30 days." That's after four days of them prevaricating. It's really tainted our holiday. Absolute bunch of rip-off merchants. I'm still not convinced we'll get a refund. Best advice: DO NOT USE AGODA!UPDATE 16/01/25: Still no refund, although more than 30 days since one was promised. Contacted Agoda, who told me I had to deal with the apartment owner, even though I have an Agoda message telling me my refund was on its way. Eventually - wait for this - they asked me to send them my bank details and a bank statement to prove that THEY hadn't refunded me. As it was done through PayPal have raised a complaint through them.
