Customer Service: When I ran into issues with my booking, I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but the response was slow, unhelpful, and lacked any real resolution. It felt like I was being ignored rather than assisted.Unreliable Booking Information: The information provided about the flight was misleading. The description did not match, They booked trough 3rd party agent and have used their email to book my flight and when i wanted to do changes the air liner asking for my verifications therefore i have no idea what email agoda have provided and i was stuck at the verification process. and when I raised this with Agoda, they did not take any responsibility. Overall, I am extremely disappointed by my experience with Agoda. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unclear pricing make it hard to trust this platform for future bookings. I would recommend exploring other travel booking sites such as Booking.com etc... with better customer service and more reliable processes.
