Their cashback reward offer appears ot be just a bait to solicit bookings. When it was time to request the cashback reward, I received q dead link on 2 occasions. My repeated inquiries through what they call "customer service" remain unanswered. Meanwhile it went on. They blamed it on a technical issue and offered the two corresponding amounts as AgodaCash. I accepted the offer and received two e-mails stating that these amounts were credited as AgodaCash. However, my AgodaCash is still at $00.It was finally settled, but it took a long time and a lot of correspondence.
