As a hotelier I have had the utter displeasure to work with them.Incompetence at all levels. From the call centers, to the upper level of management.After 3 YEARS of request to have me removed as contact from a property I was never associated with, they still spam me about it. This means I have access to highly confidential client information, credit card numbers, emails, hotel revenues...If I was a criminal, I would be in a very favourable position.
