Made reservations (or so we thought) Dec.9. The day before our travel, December 11, I called the hotel. No reservations!I saw a charge on credit card for Agoda "services". Finally got a live person on their help line, who said it was a "hold" and would be released. Well it never got released and we had to go with another agency (Expedia, which was also a mistake, in retrospect). Now Agoda won't refund the money, so have put in for a dispute on the credit card.What a disaster. My advice is call the hotel directly!Do not deal with 3rd party bookings!!
