Do not trust this website for any type of booking. I recently booked a hotel for my cousin through agoda, and then they sent an email that booking was not confirmed due to payment was not completed even though there was a pending charge in my bank card. I immediately contacted them through paypal which they responded that i will not be charge as booking has not been completed. So i ended up making another reservation as my cousin needed a place to stay in Manila the following day. Only to find out through my cousin that when he checked in, he was told that there are 2 reservations for him including the 1 that agoda mentioned in their email was not confirmed due to incomplete payment. Of course the crappy hotel has no cancellation policy and forced my cousin to take 2 room keys. Even though he only needed 1 room. I got charged for 2 rooms for 1 occupant! And i am not so happy about it! This is how incompetent and this is how this website scam people.
