After years of booking with Agoda, the confirmation of my last booking was sent to an email address that was different from the one registered with them and the one I had used to book my trip. I was very disappointed with Agoda as neither their help desk nor their customer service department were able to help me. I lost 1,200 CHF while waiting for a confirmation of my booking that never came.
