We just recently used Agoda to book a hotel out of state. We will never use them again. They said they have a 24 hour customer service team always here to help and that is a lie. We cannot even get through to them at all! We have no booking ID, yet the hotel was paid for in full. Ended up at a terrible hotel (Howard Johnson in Jackson, TN) where there was black mold and vomit in the rooms (that I had to clean myself! 🤢) and was refused a refund because I booked with a 3rd party, AGODA, whom has been 0 help. Not worth it.
