Shocking customer service.Booked a room online, at payment page it offered to save me 15% if I booked on app. Clicked on the app, went straight into payment page and paid. Received conformation that the room was booked and paid for, for that night. It had taken me to the payment page, but the dates had reset and at no point was there any indication of a date change. Rang Agoda, told non refundable, can't rebook either. Contacted hotel direct, they said no problem, get Agoda to switch the booking, job done. Rang Agoda and went back and fourth and they refused to amend the booking saying they could t get hold of the hotel, then 4 days later saying they can't rebook it now on the dates I wanted and selected originally. Terrible customer services, appalling, truly appalling. Even the hotel advised me to go nowhere near Agoda.
