Wow, this is the worst customer service. I will not use Agoda ever again. I didn’t even want to use them. For whatever reason, when I booked air bnb, it diverted to Agoda , which has never happened to me before. Not realising I had to put all the information in all over again, I pressed book, within 5 mins of realising my mistake, I cancelled. But have been notified I still have to pay half the fee because it’s part of their cancellation policy. So now, I actually cannot afford to go away for my wedding anniversary because of this. What a scam! I’ve worked so hard for that money and you just won’t relent. Shame on you!
