Do not book with Agoda... EVER. Never received booking confirmation but did pay for the booking. When I tried to cancel the helpdesk told me the booking was done, and I quote, "with my email address but with a different domain". When I told them I didn't understand and if they could help cancel the booking they told me I needed to contact a different helpdesk. The other one never replied.
