Absolutely terrible.I’m a VIP platinum customer on Agodas rewards system. So Its fair to say I have done a fair bit of business through this platform.I had booked a vehicle pick up for 2 passengers at Shanghai airport. There was no meeting point assigned with the only information being it will be confirmed 2 to 6 hours before arrival. Come point of arrival the correspondence still wasn’t there.We ended up having to take another taxi at an extra cost due to Agodas mismanagement. Called them up after the fact and have been told in writing that I am lying to the platform and they are in no way liable and they have emails providing it.Challenging Agodas response I asked to see the email that shows the pick up location. MULTIPLE times Agoda has failed to provide this and claimed that the only way to get a refund is to have taken a picture of us at the meet up point. Which they couldn’t even clarify where it was All in an effort for Agoda to illegally keep the money
