I booked a hotel with oyo through the agoda website and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. The room they attempted to give me had holes in the wall and bugs all over the room. When I asked for a different room they told me none was available and that I would receive a refund and I have been chasing this refund since. Don’t book with them because if you have a problem they will not solve it’s and if you ask to speak with a supervisor they will not let you.
