this company is a scam.. I got hooked by their lowest prices, booked it in priceline.com and I guess priceline bought Agoda?I booked a room for 4 people, then i got an email that the room I booked was for 2 people. Now I cannot make changes due to non-refundable policy. Guys, if you have problems, dispute it with your credit card company, don't even bother with customer service, they are useless.
