### Review of Agoda: Lack of Transparency and Booking IssuesI recently booked a 12-night stay at Hotel Cozi Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, from March 27 to April 8, for a total of HKD 7,432.30. However, I was charged unexpectedly HKD 7,803.75. After receiving my receipt, I contacted Agoda's customer service, who informed me that the extra charge was a hotel surcharge. When I checked in, the hotel denied this claim.To make matters worse, the hotel indicated that my booking only included 8 nights instead of the 12 that I had reserved. After persistent communication, Agoda finally acknowledged that they had charged me HKD 371.45 for a "fast track package". This lack of transparency regarding fees is extremely a malpractice.Additionally, while my last 4 nights were assured, I was required to check in again, which was extremely inconvenient. To top it off, I noticed that the payment was debited in full, instead of 6 months payment that I have régisteted. Agoda is unreliable and irresponsible absolutely.I am still awaiting a refund for the so-called "fast track package." Overall, my experience with Agoda has been disappointing, and I would urge others to be cautious when booking.
