If I could give zero I would.I have tried to contact Agoda as a booking was made through booking. Com that handed to a partner Agoda. Our accomodation was under renovation and the proprietor said she would support a refund but we had to chase it through booking.com who in turn wouldn’t help as they gave to Agoda.Numerous emails and nil response from Agoda. The use of AI on their help page is useless as it doesn’t read your concern as it doesn’t fit the algorithm. I did get a response with a phone number which was in USA with no toll free or Australian contact number. Be very careful booking with booking. Com or Agoda. I won’t again.
